In July, 2004, I ventured to London for a few days as part of a bigger trip to Europe. I was inspired by the repetition of the circular shape: the drums and cymbals in the Queen’s band, the markings for Tube stations, the semi-circular window at the end of Paddington Station, and .... the Starbuck’s symbol.
